VELVET BLING Top Coat is a hybrid no wipe semi-transparent top coat in a milky-rose shade with a gentle shimmer.

Application: apply a thin layer on the painted nail plate and dry under a UV/LED lamp with a power of 48 W or more for at least 60 seconds.
